“The staff were amazing. We arrived to Dallas early and called the hotel to see if they would let us check in early. The lady working was very kind and told us by all means we could check in early. When we arrived she had the key cards ready and everything. They were extremely kind. The only downside was one of the elevators wasn’t working, and on the second day both were not working. “Room was clean, well furnished with couch/table/desk w/chair, nice shower except the exhaust fan was not working. Breakfast was about gone but we were there in the last 30 minutes (6-9am). He offered to cook more bacon/sausage but we declined to wait. As far as facilities the pool was torn up/ demolition for rework??? The rest of the facilities were nice, and well maintained.”
